Britney Spears dyes blonde hair brunette

Britney Spears has been known to change her hair colour and cut to suit her mood in the past, so when she stepped out in Los Angeles this week with newly dyed brunette locks the world took notice.

Luckily, however, the star is not having another nervous breakdown, nor is she marrying another Kevin Federline, rather she seems blissfully happy with the new man in her life Jason Trawick.

The 27-year-old pop princess was pictured going into a Bed, Bath and Beyond store with her beau looking healthier and happier than ever.

Her long dark hair looked shiny and well conditioned, as well as being the perfect colour to complement her olive skin tone.

This was a far cry from her appearance back in 2007 when the Baby One More Time singer shaved her head and had a mental breakdown, after which she had to undergo a number of rehabilitation programmes.
