Bollywood star releases fitness DVD

Fans of Bollywood beauty Bipasha Basu may like to learn that her body could soon be theirs if they invest in a copy of her new fitness DVD.

Entitled Fit and Fabulous You, the actress's foray into the world of working out also involves other celebrities who go through routines as well and Ms Basu believes that she will be able to help users experience fat loss within 48 hours, Everything PR reports.

Apparently, this DVD offering considers the psychology behind exercise and fitness - as well as the practicalities of doing it - and Ms Basu has said that her workout tape will go some way towards tackling people's insecurities.

However, wannabe fitties could also profit from dancing around the living room to the tune of ex-Eastender Jessie Wallace's fitness DVD.

According to the Press Association, the actress recently said that she would like to help "real women" get in shape.
