Anna Wintour 'will never change her bob'

Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief at American Vogue, is known for her signature bob haircut and it is a style she has no intention of ever changing.

At least that is the opinion of Charlie Chan, hairstylist to the stars and Wintour's own personal right-hand hair man.

The stylist who is responsible for the bob that has become famous as a power haircut told the New Straits Times that he once suggested that Wintour change her look only to be fiercely rebuked.

"Anna has always had a bob, a long bob, but I did the short power bob," he commented.

"I tried [to change it once] but she wouldn't have it any other way."

The Vogue chief is known for her steely determination and often cold and callous nature. In fact, it is she who was the inspiration behind one of the principal characters in the book and movie The Devil Wears Prada.
